  7. Files created in Ami Pro 2.0 containing TIFF files do not display the TIFF 
  8. image in Ami Pro release 3.0
  9.  
  10. SOLUTION: 
  11.  
  12. An updated file AMIIMAGE.DLL, which can be obtained from Lotus will correct 
  13. this problem.  The file is available electronically from the Lotus WPD 
  14. bulletin board at 404-395-7707 and library 2 [Ami Pro/LotusWrite] on the 
  15. LotusWP CompuServe forum.  Download the file IMGDLL.EXE from either location. 
  16. AMIIMAGE.DLL is also available on disk from the Lotus WPD Customer Service 
  17. Department.  Call 404-399-5505 and request the updated AMIIMAGE.DLL file.

  19. HOW TO INSTALL AMIIMAGE.DLL
  20.  1. Exit Ami Pro if it is loaded.
  21.  2. In the Windows Program Manager, run File Manager.
  22.  3. Copy the file AMIIMAGE.DLL to the Ami Pro program directory (for example, 
  23.     the modified file may be on a floppy disk in the A drive and the Ami Pro 
  24.     program directory may be on the hard drive at C:\AMIPRO).
  25.  4. Press ALT + F4 to close the File Manager.
  26.  5. Load Ami Pro.  TIFF images in existing files will now display.

  28. Note:  Until the updated AMIIMAGE.DLL file is obtained, you can enable display 
  29. of the TIFF images by changing the Graphics Scaling for any frame in which a 
  30. TIFF file does not display.  To do this, select the frame, choose Frame / 
  31. Graphics Scaling, remove the X from "Maintain Aspect Ratio", and choose OK.  
  32. Removing the "Maintain Aspect Ratio" option in Graphics Scaling will allow the 
  33. graphic images to display.  This procedure will need to be done for each frame 
  34. that does not display a graphic image.  After the modified AMIIMAGE.DLL file 
  35. has been copied to your Ami Pro program directory, you can reselect the 
  36. "Maintain Aspect Ratio" option for the frames.
